Abu Garcia 6000 Fishing

Fishing Reel help?
I am purchasing a reel as a Christmas present and I am looking at The Abu Garcia Ambassadeur 6000 series. I’m not really sure what the difference is between models as there are several. Any advice or information that I can get would be great. Thanks in advance 
The Abu Garcia, is a good reel, plenty of line capacity & a reasonable price, it has a 4 ball bering system & has good gears.
my personal preference, is the Extreme series of reels, by Bass Pro Shops.
it is about 2 oz. lighter, a 7 ball bering system & a lower profile.
Diawa, also makes a good reel, about the same size & price & comprable features.
like i said before, the reel that i use, is just my preference.
I don’t think you would go wrong with any of the 3.
there are other reels available, but i am not familure with them
